SINGAPORE BASED - Technical Service Manager

TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER - based in Singapore

  1. Strong operational experience in managing a FM
  2. At least 6 years of IT experience with

                          ·        4 years of experience in infrastructure implementation or infrastructure outsourcing projects, and

·         2 years of experience in infrastructure consultancy position

  1. Have good understanding/working knowledge of the following technology:

·         Microsoft Server/Desktop Environment               

·         Networking       

·         Storage/SAN

·         Infrastructure Security

·         Database Technology

  1. Strong in people and customer management skill
  2. Understands IT Services Management and preferable trained/certified in ITIL
