COMPENSATION & BENEFIT SECTION HEAD

 

You will be in charge of:

·         All compensation and benefit function, monthly payroll, tax calculation, insurance management, bonus computation, and its administration matters

To be a successful in the position, you will be:

• Male/Female
• University degree of any major
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR with intensive exposure in compensation & benefit.
• Having good understanding of insurance system & PPH regulation
• Having good skill in computer applications
• Strong sense of urgency, detail and meticulous
